As Head of Client Services, you will own the client relationship lifecycle, ensure satisfaction, and drive account growth. You’ll manage a team of client managers and liaise across functions to deliver excellence.

- Oversee day-to-day client relationships and ensure delivery of agreed services.
- Develop client success plans and retention strategies.
- Lead, coach, and grow the client services team.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align client needs.
- Monitor client health metrics and report on satisfaction and growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in client services or account management, with leadership experience.
- Proven track record of high retention and upsell in SaaS or agency environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze client data and derive actionable insights.
