SaaS Business Model: Key Stages and Pricing Strategies
The SaaS business model is a way of delivering cloud-based software to users over the internet, usually on a subscription basis. As exciting as this
Hi there. I’m the founder and CEO of Crunch Marketing, a SaaS marketing agency. We’re now a team of more than 50 people supporting scale up and enterprise SaaS clients like Writer, Right Inbox, and Surfer SEO. We help our clients with on site content, technical SEO, and link building. We provide SEO support for clients services globally across EMEA, APAC, and other regions.
I’ve been in the digital marketing game for more than a decade. I grew my first serious blog in the travel niche to 3,000 visitors a day. Once I learned the ropes of scaling sites, I tried the agency life. I was the first hire at Accelerate Agency. I got promoted to Head of Content and helped develop the content marketing systems that are still in place at the company (they’re now a team of 150 people across various roles).
I wanted to work for myself, so did long days waking up at 6 am and finishing work at 8 pm. That way I could do a side hustle, while providing the best service possible to Accelerate. The hard work eventually paid off when Sujan Patel trusted me to support the link building efforts of Voila Norbert. That partnership grew over time. We’ve supported Right Inbox, Zoomshift, and Mailshake, all companies that Sujan is involved in.
We now support clients like Surfer SEO, GetResponse, Aura, Writer, and a bunch of other companies led by really interesting folk.
I’ve always had a passion for writing and sharing actionable insights. You can find plenty of stuff I’ve written over here on the Crunch Marketing blog. That’s alongside the guides and articles I’ve written for various sites. Here are a few examples:
